Describing a Game (football)

FOOTBALL

Football is a funny sport created in England in 1863, so football is very popular in England and many people go to stadiums to support their teams.



Old Football



You have to play football in a rectangle that measures 100 x 70 metres. There is grass on the rectangle's floor. There are two goals on the pitch, one in one side and another in the other side. There are two teams, and there are eleven players in each team. The players have to touch a ball with any part of their body (except with their hands). If the ball goes outside the rectangle, the other team has to throw the ball with their hands to another player of their team. The players have to throw the ball to the goal, and the team who scores more goals win.

This game can be online, but it isn't the same as real football. There are many competitions and leagues, for example the Champions League or the ``Liga BBVA´´ in Spain.There are many sports similar to football, for example the ``calcio´´, that was created in Italy.

I love football because is a funny way to do exercise.
